特异性 GLUT3 Rabbit Recombinant mAb detects endogenous level of total GLUT3.
背景 GLUT3 facilitates the transport of glucose across the plasma membranes of mammalian cells. It is the neuronal glucose transporter and comprises the class 1 group of transporters together with GLUT1, -2, and -4. GLUT3 is also shown to transport mannose, galactose, and xylose but is unable to transport fructose.
