背景 IL-13是一种主要由活化的Th2细胞产生的免疫调节细胞因子，参与调节炎症和免疫反应。IL-13下调巨噬细胞活性，从而抑制促炎细胞因子和趋化因子的产生，并通过不依赖IgE和嗜酸性粒细胞的机制参与过敏原诱导的哮喘。IL-13还调节B细胞成熟和分化的多个阶段，上调CD23和MHC II类分子的表达，并促进B细胞的IgE类别转换。在结构上，IL-13与IL-3、IL-4、IL-5和GM-CSF高度相似。
