  • Fixation of Hela cells with 4% formaldehyde, after washing, cells were permeabilized by adding 1000 μL of pre-cooled 90% methanol, followed by washing, and then staining of cells using AF488 mouse/human/rat α-Tubulin Antibody [11H10] (Selleck Cat.: G5064) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from all cells with intact scatter.
