背景 增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）是支持DNA复制的DNA滑动夹蛋白家族的成员。结构研究表明，PCNA形成一个同源三聚体环，环绕DNA双螺旋并沿其滑动。许多参与DNA复制、DNA修复和细胞周期控制的蛋白质与PCNA相互作用而非直接结合DNA，从而实现高效的DNA加工。PCNA表达广泛用作细胞增殖的标志物。
