背景 CD8a是一种32-34 kDa的I型糖蛋白。它与CD8b形成同二聚体（CD8a/a）或异二聚体（CD8a/b）。CD8，也称为T8和Leu2，是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员，存在于大多数胸腺细胞、外周血T细胞亚群和NK细胞（几乎 exclusively 表达CD8a同二聚体）上。CD8在抗原识别和T细胞活化中作为MHC I类限制性T细胞受体的共受体，并已被证明在胸腺分化中发挥作用。CD8a中的两个结构域对功能至关重要：胞外IgSF结构域结合MHC I类的α3结构域，胞质CXCP基序结合酪氨酸激酶p56 Lck。
