  • Fixation of Jurkat cells with 4% formaldehyde, after washing, cells were permeabilized by adding 1000 μL of pre-cooled 90% methanol, followed by washing, and then staining of cells using AF647 Human/mouse/rat GAPDH Antibody [14C10] (Selleck Cat.: G4992) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from all cells with intact scatter.
