  • Fixation of HepG2 cells with 80% methanol for 5 minutes, followed by permeabilization with 0.1% PBS-Tween for 20 minutes. Cells were blocked for non-specific protein interactions in 1×PBS/10% normal goat serum/0.3 M glycine, then stained with AF647 Human/mouse/rat Ubiquitin Antibody [B5B86] (Selleck Cat.: G5082) (green, with red blank control). Analyzed data are derived from all cells with intact scatter.
