背景 CD103是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白，又称αE整合素、整合素αIEL链和人黏膜淋巴细胞抗原1。它属于整合素家族，主要存在于肠道上皮内淋巴细胞。CD103也表达于固有层T细胞亚群、上皮树突状细胞、固有层来源的树突状细胞以及一小部分外周淋巴细胞。Treg细胞高表达CD103。毛细胞白血病也被证实表达CD103。淋巴细胞表面CD103的表达可在活化及TGF-β刺激后诱导产生。
