| 背景 | CD106 是一种100-110 kDa的I型跨膜唾液酸糖蛋白，也称为血管细胞粘附分子-1和INCAM-110。CD106在细胞因子刺激的内皮细胞表面高水平表达，在未刺激的内皮细胞上表达水平极低。VCAM-1作为白细胞整合素α4β1（CD49d/CD29复合物；VLA-4）和α4β7的配体。抗CD106的单克隆抗体抑制体外淋巴细胞和单核细胞与受刺激内皮细胞上的VCAM-1结合。 |
