| 背景 | CD45（LCA，白细胞共同抗原）是一种受体型蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶，在所有有核造血细胞中普遍表达，约占淋巴细胞所有表面蛋白的10%。CD45在非造血细胞系以及正常和恶性的非造血组织中缺失。CD45糖蛋白在淋巴细胞发育和抗原信号传导中至关重要，是Src家族激酶的重要调节因子。由于选择性剪接，CD45蛋白存在多种亚型，其胞外结构域不同，但具有相同的跨膜和胞质结构域。 |
