背景 CD117是一种分子量为145 kDa的蛋白酪氨酸激酶，又称c-Kit，是干细胞因子（c-Kit配体）的受体。CD117表达于多能造血祖细胞（约占骨髓细胞的1-4%）、肥大细胞和急性髓系白血病细胞。CD117与c-Kit配体结合后，诱导CD117磷酸化，刺激原始造血干细胞以及红系定向和粒单核系定向细胞的增殖和存活。
