背景 CD11c 是一种 145-150 kDa 的 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，也称为整合素 αX 和 CR4。CD11c 与整合素 β2 (CD18) 非共价结合，表达于单核细胞/巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、粒细胞、NK 细胞以及 T 和 B 细胞的亚群上。据报道，CD11c 通过与其配体纤维蛋白原、CD54 和 iC3b 的相互作用，在粘附和 CTL 杀伤中发挥作用。
