| 背景 | CD132是一种64-70 kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族，也称为共同γ链（γc）或IL-2受体γ亚基。它广泛表达于T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞、单核细胞和粒细胞。CD132是IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-9、IL-15和IL-21细胞因子受体的必需组成部分。配体结合诱导酪氨酸磷酸化，并通过JAK/STAT通路启动信号传导。CD132突变导致X连锁重症联合免疫缺陷（XSCID）。 |
