背景 CD16a 是一种约50-65 kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，由FCGR3A（IgG受体IIIa的Fc片段）编码，属于免疫球蛋白超家族。CD16a也称为Fc-γ RIII-α，在自然杀伤细胞、活化的单核细胞、巨噬细胞、γδ T细胞、未成熟胸腺细胞和肥大细胞上表达。CD16a结合免疫复合物或聚集的IgG，并与NK细胞中的CD247/TCRζ以及吞噬细胞和肥大细胞中的FcεRIγ链结合以转导细胞内信号。
