特异性
背景 DR5（Apo2、TRAIL-R2、TRICK2、KILLER）是最近鉴定的含有死亡结构域的TRAIL受体，介导TRAIL诱导的细胞凋亡。DR5是TNF受体超家族成员，含有一个胞内死亡结构域。DR5可被肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体（TNFSF10/TRAIL/APO-2L）激活，并转导凋亡信号。对FADD缺陷小鼠的研究表明，含有死亡结构域的衔接蛋白FADD是DR5介导的凋亡所必需的。已发现两种编码DR5不同亚型的转录变体和一个非编码转录本。
