背景 CD33，也称为唾液酸结合Ig样凝集素3（Siglec-3）或gp67，是一种67 kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，在髓系祖细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、肥大细胞以及部分活化的T细胞和NK细胞上差异表达。正常淋巴细胞、血小板、红细胞和多能造血干细胞不表达CD33抗原。据报道，该糖蛋白作为一种唾液酸依赖性细胞粘附分子，其功能在CD33表达于膜上时可受内源性唾液酸糖复合物的调节。
