背景 CD41（也称为整合素αIIb或血小板GPIIb）。CD41和CD61的钙依赖性复合物通常在血小板和巨核细胞上表达。CD41/CD61复合物作为纤维蛋白原、纤连蛋白和血管性血友病因子的受体，介导血小板粘附和聚集。抗CD41的抗体完全抑制ADP、肾上腺素和胶原蛋白诱导的血小板活化，同时部分抑制瑞斯托霉素和凝血酶诱导的活化。该抗体可用于血小板和巨核细胞的形态学和生理学研究。

When acquiring data, the threshold in the acquisition parameters should be lowered, and logarithmic axes should be used to better resolve platelet cells. Analyzed data are derived from platelet cells.
