背景 IgD 是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员，以 1 型膜 (mIgD) 和可溶性糖蛋白形式存在。mIgD 表达于成熟幼稚 B 细胞上（与膜 IgM 一起），作为 B 细胞抗原受体 (BCR)。在响应抗原结合时，mIgD BCR 与其他信号分子（包括 CD79a 和 CD79b）结合，可以将活化或耐受信号转导至 B 淋巴细胞内。
