| 背景 | IL-4 是一种由活化的T细胞、肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞产生的多效性细胞因子。IL-4引发许多不同的生物学反应，但有两个主要功能：一是调节初始CD4+ T细胞向Th2型分化。Th2细胞产生IL-4、IL-5、IL-10和IL-13，倾向于体液免疫反应，同时抑制由Th1细胞控制的细胞介导免疫反应。二是调节B细胞产生IgE和IgG1。 |
