背景 IL-9 是一种强效的、T细胞来源的T细胞生长因子，也能增强肥大细胞活性以及IL-3或IL-4依赖的骨髓来源肥大细胞的增殖。IL-9与促红细胞生成素协同促进红系集落形成。也有报道称IL-9保护人T细胞免受IL-2撤除诱导的凋亡。在人嗜酸性粒细胞中，TNF-α和IL1-β上调IL-9。据报道，IL-9下调活化的人肺泡巨噬细胞中的氧化爆发并诱导TGF-β产生。
