背景 Alpha-微管蛋白与 beta-微管蛋白一起形成异源二聚体，作为微管的基本构建模块，微管是真核细胞中构成细胞骨架的三种主要胞质纤维之一。与微丝（肌动蛋白丝）和中间丝一起，微管提供结构支持，并在各种细胞过程中发挥关键作用。微管的组装始于微管蛋白亚基的成核，这一步需要 gamma-微管蛋白来促进聚合过程。

Analyzed data are derived from all cells with intact scatter.
