背景 PD-L1 是B7家族的成员，是一种由290个氨基酸组成的I型跨膜蛋白。人PD-L1与其小鼠同源物的氨基酸同一性为70%。PD-L1与其受体PD-1的结合导致T细胞受体介导的淋巴细胞增殖和细胞因子分泌受到抑制。PD-L1在用低水平抗CD3刺激的T细胞中诱导IL-10产生。PD-L1/PD-1相互作用抑制针对自身抗原和肿瘤的免疫反应，并在维持外周免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。
