背景 干细胞抗原-1（Sca-1）是淋巴细胞抗原6家族的成员。它在多能造血干细胞上表达，并用作小鼠HSC的标记物。Sca-1与谱系去除抗体联合使用以鉴定小鼠HSC。Sca-1可在胎肝、成年骨髓、成年外周血和脾脏中发现。Sca-1可能参与B细胞和T细胞活化的调节。
