特异性
背景 CD22 是 SIGLEC 凝集素家族的成员，在成熟滤泡和边缘区 B 淋巴细胞、B-1 细胞和浆细胞表面高表达，并与 B 细胞抗原受体结合。CD22 介导 B 细胞与骨髓内皮细胞上配体的粘附。此外，CD22 负向调节 B 细胞活化并预防自身免疫性疾病的发展。针对 CD22 的抗体在响应 LPS 或抗小鼠 Ig µ 链时表现出增强的 B 细胞增殖。
