背景 CD223，也称为 LAG-3，是 Ig 超家族中的一种 I 型跨膜糖蛋白。它是淋巴细胞活化基因-3 (Lag3) 的基因产物，与 CD4 结构相似。CD223 表达于活化的 T 细胞和 NK 细胞，以及调节性 T 细胞上。CD223 与 CD4 一样，结合 MHC II 类分子，但亲和力高于 CD4。与 CD3 复合物结合时，CD223 已被证明可作为负调节分子抑制 TCR 介导的信号传导并调节稳态 T 细胞扩增。
