背景 CD40L，也称为CD154，是一种II型跨膜糖蛋白。它是TNF超家族的成员，在活化的T细胞上表达。据报道，它在与其受体CD40结合后对B细胞的共刺激很重要。此外，CD40L与B细胞上的CD40结合促进免疫球蛋白的分泌和Ig同种型转换。CD40L也参与调节T细胞的细胞因子产生。
