背景 Annexin V（ANXA5）是膜联蛋白家族中Ca²⁺依赖性磷脂结合蛋白的成员，以其对磷脂酰丝氨酸等带负电磷脂的高亲和力结合而最为著名。它在胎盘中大量表达，也存在于血管内皮细胞和其他组织中，参与调节膜相关的凝血反应。Annexin V被广泛用作检测凋亡的工具，因为在早期凋亡过程中，细胞膜外叶外翻的磷脂酰丝氨酸为荧光标记的annexin V提供结合位点，例如在annexin V-FITC联合活力染料（如7-AAD）的检测中。
