背景 程序性死亡配体2（PD-L2），或B7-DC，是免疫球蛋白超家族中B7配体家族的成员，与程序性死亡配体1一起作为程序性细胞死亡蛋白1的配体。虽然主要在树突状细胞中表达，但PD-L2的表达可在多种免疫和非免疫细胞上根据微环境被诱导。在Th2细胞因子IL-4存在下，以及在较小程度上在Th1细胞因子TNF-α和IFN-γ存在下，PD-L2的表达特别上调。
