背景 CD2是一种I型跨膜糖蛋白，是小鼠中CD48的主要受体。CD2参与T细胞活化、免疫调节和胸腺细胞成熟。在小鼠中，CD2表达于外周T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞以及肠上皮内T淋巴细胞亚群。除CD4-CD8-早期胸腺细胞的特定亚群外，CD2在小鼠胸腺个体发育过程中均有表达。在小鼠骨髓中，CD2表达于B220+ sIg+ CD43-前B细胞，但不表达于CD43+ pro-B细胞。抗CD2抗体通过竞争细胞表面相同的结合表位来阻断CD2介导的细胞间粘附。
