背景 组蛋白 H3 是核小体的核心组分，核小体是真核生物染色质的主要构建模块，并在染色质结构和转录调控的调节中发挥关键作用。核小体由 DNA 缠绕在八个核心组蛋白周围组成，包括 H2A、H2B、H3 和 H4 各两个分子。这些核心组蛋白的氨基末端尾部，特别是 H3 的尾部，经历多种翻译后修饰，如乙酰化、磷酸化、甲基化和泛素化。
