背景 微管蛋白是微管的主要成分。在成人中，微管蛋白 beta 3 (TUBB3) 主要在神经元中表达，常用作神经元标志物。它在神经元细胞增殖和分化中发挥重要作用。该基因的突变会导致 3 型先天性眼外肌纤维化。微管蛋白 beta 3 (TUBB3) 也存在于多种肿瘤中。
