背景 CXCR2，也称为CD182，是一种具有七个跨膜区域的G蛋白偶联受体，参与趋化、中性粒细胞活化和血管生成。CXCR2表达于中性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、部分T细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞、自然杀伤（NK）细胞和自然杀伤T细胞（NKT）。其配体为CXCL1、CXCL2、CXCL3和CXCL5。
