背景 Notch3 是Notch家族的单次跨膜受体，由膜结合配体（如Jagged和Delta样蛋白）激活；配体结合触发Notch3的蛋白水解切割，释放其胞内结构域，后者易位至细胞核并调节控制细胞命运决定、增殖和分化的靶基因转录。它在结构上与其他哺乳动物Notch同源物不同，主要在成年动脉平滑肌细胞中表达，对于动脉特性、成熟和维持血管完整性至关重要。
