背景 IL-9 是一种强效的、T细胞来源的T细胞生长因子，也能增强肥大细胞活性以及IL-3或IL-4依赖的骨髓来源肥大细胞的增殖。IL-9与促红细胞生成素协同促进红系集落形成。IL-9诱导小鼠T辅助细胞克隆中高亲和力IgE受体的表达以及颗粒酶A和B的表达。
