背景 CD206，也称为甘露糖受体，是一种175 kDa的I型膜蛋白。它是属于C型凝集素超家族的模式识别受体。MR在巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、朗格汉斯细胞以及肝或淋巴管内皮细胞上表达。MR通过其C型凝集素样碳水化合物识别结构域识别带有甘露糖、岩藻糖或N-乙酰葡糖胺的一系列微生物碳水化合物，通过其富含半胱氨酸的结构域识别硫酸化碳水化合物抗原，并通过其纤连蛋白II型结构域识别胶原蛋白。
