背景 T-bet，也称为TBX21，是一种T细胞特异性转录因子，包含一个单一的T-box DNA结合结构域。它控制TH1细胞因子干扰素-γ的表达。Th1和Th17细胞在免疫调节和自身免疫性疾病发展中均至关重要。T-bet启动初始Th前体细胞向Th1谱系发育，并引导T细胞分化为Th1而非Th17。T-bet与Stat4协同作用，为Th1基因表达构建染色质结构。
