特异性 ZAP70 Rabbit Recombinant mAb detects endogenous level of total ZAP70.
背景 ZAP-70 is a cytoplasmic protein tyrosine kinase that plays a critical role in the events involved in initiating T-cell responses by the antigen receptor. ZAP-70 contains several tyrosine residues that are phosphorylated following TCR stimulation and are known to be important in its regulation, activity, and association with other signaling molecules. Y292, Y315, and Y319 are located within interdomain B and when phosphorylated are thought to serve as docking sites for downstream signaling molecules. In resting T cells, ZAP-70 is distributed throughout the cytoplasm, but is rapidly recruited to the plasma membrane following TCR stimulation and ITAM phosphorylation. ZAP-70 mobility in the cytoplasm is rapid, and decreases as ZAP-70 associates with the plasma membrane.
