| 背景 | Maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase (MELK), also known as murine protein serine threonine kinase 38 (MPK38), is a member of AMPK/Snf1 family. MELK is identified as an upstream regulator of FOXM1 in solid and hematological malignancies. It functions as a modulator of intercellular signaling, including the apoptosis signal-regulating kinase/Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) pathway, p38 signaling and NF-κB pathway, which affects various cellular and biological processes. |
