| 背景 | NR5A2 is an orphan nuclear hormone receptor that has diverse developmental and physiological functions. It is expressed in the inner cell mass of early mouse embryos and in the developing endoderm. NR5A2 is involved in the regulation of development, lipid metabolism and proliferation and is predominantly expressed in epithelial tissues. Tissue-specific deletion or inhibition of NR5A2 and associated intestinal glucocorticoid synthesis consequently results in increased susceptibility to the development of intestinal inflammatory disorders. |
