背景
ErbB2，亦称Neu和Her2（人表皮生长因子受体2），是一种I型膜糖蛋白，属于ErbB酪氨酸激酶受体家族。ErbB家族成员是表皮生长因子（EGF）家族生长因子的受体。ERBB2激活后，通过MEMO1-RHOA-DIAPH1信号通路引发细胞膜上GSK3B的磷酸化，从而抑制其活性。这阻止了APC和CLASP2的磷酸化，使二者得以结合于细胞膜。
