Recombinant Mouse IL-4 stimulates cell proliferation of the HT-2 cells line. The EC50 for this effect is 0.98 ng/ml.
Recombinant Mouse IL-4 stimulates cell proliferation of the MC/9 cells line. The EC50 for this effect is 0.5 ng/ml.
