| 背景 | Mitogen activated protein kinase-activated protein kinase 2 (MAPKAP kinase 2 or MK2) is a serine threonine kinase directly phosphorylated and activated by the p38 mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK)/reactivating kinase. MK2 is a direct substrate for p38. The p38 MAPKs regulate a number of environmental stress responses including actin microfilament dynamics, levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), apoptosis, and the biosynthesis of several proin£ammatory cytokines including TNF-K, IL1, and IL6. |
