| 体外研究活性 | Apixaban是高度选择且有效作用于，人Factor Xa 兔Factor Xa抑制剂，Ki分别为0.08 nM和 0.17 nM。[1] 在体外, Apixaban 作用于正常人血浆，延长人凝血时间，使凝血酶原时间(PT), 改良凝血酶原时间(mPT), 活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT) 和HepTest增加一倍，所需的浓度(EC2x)分别为 3.6 μM, 0.37 μM, 7.4 μM, 和0.4 μM,此外,在PT 和APTT实验中， Apixaban最高效作用于人和兔血浆，而作用于大鼠和犬血浆则效果较低。[2] |
