(A–C) The mRNA levels of NLRP3, ASC and Caspase-1 were detected by real time-PCR. (D–I) The protein levels of NLRP3, ASC and Caspase-1 were detected by western blotting, and the ratio of NLRP3/GAPDH, ASC/GAPDH and Caspase-1/GAPDH were shown. ∗P < 0.05, ∗∗P < 0.01, compared with model group.
