体外研究

GSK269962A在人类平滑肌中,完全阻断血管紧张肽Ⅱ诱导的肌动蛋白张力丝的形成。这一抑制现象始于约1 μM GSK269962A。GSK269962A在预束紧的大鼠动脉(组织浴/组织培养)中诱导血管舒张,IC50为35 nM。GSK269962A所诱导的舒张是可逆的。GSK269962A在巨噬细胞中抑制IL-6 mRNA的转录、减少LPS诱导的IL-6和TNF-α蛋白的产生[1]
