| 体内研究活性 | 在C57BL/6小鼠中检测compound 19的药代动力学类型。小鼠口服10 mg/kg Compound 19后，化合物能在其体内被快速吸收，具有中等水平的系统清除率（30 mL/min/kg，约为33%的肝血流量）、口服生物利用度良好(F% = 47)。基于这些药代动力学参数指标和细胞活性，compound 19是适于体内研究的候选化合物。小鼠口服50 mg/kg Compound 19，每两天一次，处理7天，将导致LC3-II积累、自噬能力呈时间依赖性减少趋势。在体内，Compound 19可抑制自噬反应[1]。 | |
